In return, we will give you a price per person to cover a 3 course dinner, bed and breakfast (or an equivalent package suggested by you). Meaning you know how much you will forecast to make for the night.
We require a room for approximately 30 to 120 guests for a dinner set-up, a room allocation and a number of available dates throughout the year for us to market and sell.
