Customer Service Advisor (Maternity Leave Cover)

Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £20,000
Hours:  Monday – Friday between hours 9-5:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Contract:  Temporary, full time (Maternity Leave Cover). Initial training is on site near Kettering and then a work from home/office-based role
Holiday Entitlement: 24 days plus bank holidays
Included: Laptop and Headset , Company Pension, Discounted Murder Mystery Breaks
Starting Date: Early September 2022

This fast-paced role is customer serviced focused and can deal with queries from the straightforward to the complex. As you develop in the role, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services we offer, and we will give you lots of training and experiences you need to know in order to communicate this to the customer.

  • What you will be doing:
  • Handling Customer Queries and Providing First Class Service Throughout
  • Taking New/Existing Customer Calls
  • Using Your Product Knowledge to Proactively Find Answers and Solve Problems
  • Meeting Targets
  • Making Bookings/Payments
  • Aiding with Third Parties Bookings
  • Maintaining public enquiries email inbox
  • Assisting with Social Media
  • Adhere to Data Protection and Confidentiality Laws

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who works well independently and takes ownership of customer issues
  • A drive to solve problems and help people
  • A clear, confident communicator, even when faced with challenges
  • An understanding or ability to learn about the different processes in booking systems
  • A great listener with attention to detail, who can demonstrate empathy and patience
  • A quiet space to work at home with a strong WIFI connection
  • Excellent knowledge & experience of Excel & Word programmes
