Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £20,000
Hours: Monday – Friday between hours 9-5:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary, full time (Maternity Leave Cover). Initial training is on site near Kettering and then a work from home/office-based role
Holiday Entitlement: 24 days plus bank holidays

This fast-paced role is customer serviced focused and can deal with queries from the straightforward to the complex. As you develop in the role, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services we offer, and we will give you lots of training and experiences you need to know in order to communicate this to the customer.
