"So this isn't a review of the murder mystery event as that's not untill October. This is a review of the customer service, Jennie in particular. I'd bought a Groupon for the event and was having trouble booking it through the channels. I contacted Murder57 and asked if they could assist. Jennie replied very quickly and was amazing. I was sent the menu so I could send her what our party wanted to eat along with our room requirements. I'm in a wheelchair and usually an accessible room with a shower isn't a problem. However, the venue does not have any showers but has handrails in some rooms. Jennie booked me into that room and just sorted everything out. As it's only overnight the shower isn't a problem, and we're going with family so they won't mind if I smell!"

"Our first murder mystery evening, didn't really know what to expect. Good fun interrogating the actors, with mixed results based on character! A very good show put on, with an enjoyable dinner. Great twist at the end as our suspect was dismissed as the murderer, only to be confirmed. The only thing I'd like to see improved is us getting first place! 10/10 will book again."

"My wife and I had a great evening. The characters were great and played the parts well. The plot kept us on our toes and stimulated the little grey cells! The location was very nice, helpful staff, nice rooms and great food. We'd highly recommend you try one of these murder mystery evenings."

The After Show Party -

"Excellent Excellent Excellent!!!!! Fashion House murder mystery.... we got all,dressed up in 1920's style,we had pad and paper ready. The Best Western Royal,Clifton Hotel Southport, perfect venue, wonderful food and outstanding staff. We had a brilliant interactive time tonight. We should have gone with our gut darn it... The actors were brilliant, great talking with all of them. We met some great people on our table too. Thank You my hubby had a great birthday surprise xx"

"Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Met some interesting people. The characters interacted very well. It was nice getting to know the real people after the event. The venue is lovely. However, breakfast was a nightmare. The buffet was very slow being topped up. Very disorganised. Staff run off their feet but remained very pleasant. Breakfast was enjoyable once it arrived"

"Thank you for a great evening. The venue was very nice, easy to find, plenty of free parking, clean and comfy rooms and a good meal too. Not sure how you do it all for the price. The murder mystery was well thought out and the actors were brilliant- a mix of scary and funny and although we immersed ourselves in the plot and trying to gather clues we did not get the right suspect - it really kept us guessing. Well done to you all - we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend you."
